Warmth is melting the snow into Tuolumne Meadows. The rivers are rising and waterfalls filling. High country lakes are still frozen. Trails are under layers of snow so for the next month flying will be the best way to see all of Yosemite.
The heavy rain and melting snow in the Sierra these last weeks are filling the watersheds in Yosemite, and there is no better time to see the waterfalls – from the air! Vernal Fall, Nevada Fall, Bridalveil Fall, and Yosemite Falls are all flowing high! Check out the Yosemite webcam for a current view (https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/conditions.htm)
